YR Web provides Web based functionality for booking and administration functions that can be carried out from any of the modern web browser. Please refer to System requirements section for user pc requirements & server requirements.

YR Web comprises of Settings and Master data maintenance section, Room & Resource management section, Booking section and Reporting section. Using YR Web you can manage multiple office locations, set timezones, upload and manage user details, manage cafeteria requests, generate booking summary and usage reports, manage YR Terminal settings and many more !

With our Booking tab management function, administrator have the flexibility to manage booking tabs. Administrator can add additional booking tabs or make changes to existing booking tabs.
