YR Reception - Digital display of meeting schedules in reception area using HD television display

Using YR Reception functions, we can display the summary of ongoing and upcoming meetings for a period of 1 hour. YR Reception have separate display area for Bookings and Vacancies. Bookings that are in "In Use" state and "Booked" state are displayed top section and Vacant rooms are displayed in the bottom section.
